摘 要:在当前的医患关系下,病人的满意度是影响构建和谐医患关系的重要因素。在新医改的形势下,以创先争优活动为契机,本文结合工作实际,以科学实践的发展观角度分析目前影响院前急救病人满意度的问题,加强思想教育管理,提高医疗急救技能,结合现代化信息工具,建立健全监督机制,探索院前急救健康快速发展新思路。In current circumstances, satisfaction of patients is an important factor of establishing congruent patient-doctor relationships. With the furthering of the new round of medical and pharmaceutical system reform, to seize the opportunity of "Creating Advance and Pursuing Excellence" activity, this paper analyzes issues that influence satisfaction of patients having received pre-hospital first aid in reference of practice, from a perspective of scientific, experiential development. The goals include strengthening ideological education, improving first aid skills, employing modern information tools, establishing and completing supervision mechanisms, and exploring a new pathway of rapidly developing pre-hospital first aid.
