摘　　要：目的：建立氯沙坦钾-氢氯噻嗪片中两个有效组分（氯沙坦钾和氢氯噻嗪）的紫外光谱快速同时检测法。方法：以220～350am波长段作为两个有效组分氯沙坦钾和氢氯噻嗪的量测波长范围，基于紫外光谱正交投影分别建立两个有效组分的含量测定方法。结果：该方法对氯沙坦钾和氢氯噻嗪的线性范围分别为0．016～0．024me,／mL（r=0．9996）和0．004～0．006mg／mL（r=0．9998），平均回收率分别为102．2％-104．4％（RSD=0．70％）和98．7％~103．6％（RSD=2．10％）。结论：该方法实现了在干扰组分共存条件下的快速、准确测定，同时也实现了含量相差较大的两个药效组分的同时测定。Objective： To establish an ultraviolet spectrum method for fast and simultaneous determination of the two effective components losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide contained in the compound losartan potassium-hydrochlorothiazide tablet. Methods： The wavelength range was selected between 220 and 350 nm as wavelength range of measured spectra, and orthogonal signal projection of ultraviolet spectrum was used to establish the assaying method of the two effective components losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide contained in compound losartan potassium-hydrochlorothiazide tablet. Results： The linear ranges of losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide were between 0.016 and 0.024 mg/mL（r=0.999 6） and between 0.004 and 0.006 mg/mL（r=0.999 8）, and the corresponding average recover- ies were between 102.20% and 104.4%（the average relative standard deviations for recovery test was 0.70%） and between 98.70% and 103.60%（the average relative standard deviations for recovery test was 2.10%）, respectively. Conclusion： The proposed method could be used to couduct fast and simultaneously determination of the two effective components of compound losartan potassium-hydrochlorothiazide tablet. At the same time, this method could also be used for simultaneous determination of two effective components with a large degree of content differences.
