摘  要:进入21世纪,中国农产品消费呈现出一些新的特点:粮食消费在稳步增长中呈现消费方式日益间接化、消费区域日益城市化;畜产品消费在迅速增长中呈现多元化和二元化;蔬菜消费在相对稳定的基础上则呈现外向型。随着"四化同步"的推进,中国农产品消费区域将加速城市化、消费规模将日益扩大化、消费结构将逐步高端化。In the 21st century, China's agricultural products consumption presents some new characteristics. Grain consumption growth stays steady, with consumption pattern and area becoming more and more indirect and urbanized, respectively. The animal products consumption increases rapidly, which shows a tendency of diversification and dualization. Vegetable consumption trends take on relative stable and export- oriented characteristics. With the advancement of "four modernizations synchronization" , the urbanization of China's agricultural products consumption area will be accelerated, consumption scale will be expanded increasingly and the consumption structure will be hizh-end gradually.
