摘　　要：该文结合近年来军队承担的一系列重大活动安保任务,以及反恐维稳、疾病防控等应急处突行动中所积累的实战保障经验,系统分析了军队"三防"医学救援工作面临的形势与任务特点,以及当前军队"三防"医学救援体系建设存在的主要问题,研究提出了加强组织指挥体系、救援力量体系、药材装备体系和信息化建设4个方面思考,为我军"三防"医学救援体系建设提供了理论支持。Based on the practical experience of a series of major events security tasks as well as emergency recues, such as anti-terrorism and stability operation, disease control and prevention, this paper systematically analyzed the current situ-ation and task characteristics of military Nuclear, Biological and Chemical（NBC） medical rescue operations, discussed the main problems with current military NBC medical rescue system construction, finally put forward suggestions on strengthe-ning the organization and commanding system, rescue strength system, medicinal materials and equipment system and infor-mationization construction, providing theoretical support to the military NBC medical resuce system construction.
