摘  要:目的将足三里穴位注射小剂量山莨菪碱代替常规肌肉注射山莨菪碱应用于上消化道气钡双重造影中,以减少山莨菪碱的用量。方法选取2011年10月至2013年4月期间行气钡双重造影的患者354例,随机分为实验组165和对照组189例,分别行小剂量穴位注射及普通剂量肌肉注射山莨菪碱,10~15 min后行上消化道气钡双重对比造影检查,观察实验组和对照组图像质量及毒副作用发生情况。结果两组对比图像质量无显著差异,实验组患者毒副作用发生率(14.5%)显著低于对照组(99.4%)。结论消化道气钡双重造影中,穴位注射小剂量山莨菪碱可以代替常规肌肉注射山莨菪碱进行低张造影,达到足量用药的相同的胃肠低张效果,获得满意的图像,从而达到减少药物剂量、降低药物的毒副作用、减少患者痛苦的目的。Objective To reduce the injection dose of anisodamine by Zusanli-acupoint injection for double-contrast upper gastrointestinal radiography.Methods A total of 354 patients who underwent double-contrast upper gastrointestinal radiography from Oct.2011 to Apr.2013 were divided into experimental group(n = 165) and control group(n = 189).Experimental group received small-dose acupoint injection of anisodamine,control group received regular intramuscular injection of anisodamine.Double-contrast upper gastrointestinal radiography was conducted on all subjects 10 ~ 15min after the injection to observe the graphic quality and the occurrence of toxic and adverse effects.Results No significant difference was observed in the images of the two groups;the occurrence rate of toxic and adverse effect in the experimental group(14.5%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(99.4%).Conclusion Small-dose acupoint injection of anisodamine may be an available substitute for conventional intramuscular injection for double-contrast upper gastrointestinal radiography to achieve the same level of hypotonic effect,obtain acceptable images quality,and reduce the toxic and adverse effects of the drug.
