摘　　要：目的研究糖尿病脑梗死患者血清中基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)及基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子-2(TIMP-2)的水平变化,分析其与脑梗死发生发展的临床意义。方法选用2010年10月至2012年10月收治糖尿病脑梗死患45例、糖尿病非脑梗死患者47例、非糖尿病脑梗死患者61例以及健康体检者58例,依此将他们划分为A组、B组、C组和D组。采用酶联免疫分析法(ELISA法)检测四组受检者血清中的MMP-1和TIMP-2的水平。结果糖尿病脑梗死患者血清中的MMP-1和TIMP-2水平明显高于糖尿病非脑梗死患者、非糖尿病脑梗死患者和健康体检者(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病脑梗死患者血清中MMP-1、TIMP-2水平升高,而且和血糖水平正相关,MMP-1和TIMP-2可能在糖尿病脑梗死发生、发展中有十分重要的作用。Objective To study the clinical significance of changes in serum levels of matrix metal proteinase（MMP-1） and tissue inhabitor of matrix metal proteinase-2（TIMP-2） in patients with cerebral infarction,and to analyze the relationship between occurrence and development of cerebral infarction.Methods Forty five patients with diabetic cerebral infarction,47 patients with diabetes without cerebral infarction and 61 patients with non-diabetic cerebral infarction in this hospital and 58 healthy persons as controls during October 2010 to October 2012 were allocated in this study,and they were divided into A group,B group,C group and D group acordingly.ELISA was used to detect serum levels of MMP-1 and TIMP-2 in these 4 groups.Results The serum levels of MMP-1 and TIMP-2 in patients with diabetic cerebral infarction were higher than those of diabetic patients without cerebral infarction,non diabetic patients with cerebral infarction and healthy controls（P 0.05）;and serum levels of MMP-1 and TIMP-1 in diabetic patients with cerebral infarction after onset for 24h were positively correlated with the blood levels of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin（HbAlc）.Conclusion The serum levels of MMP-1 and TIMP-2 in diabetic patients with cerebral infarction were elevated,and they were positively correlated with the level of blood glucose.Serum MMP-1 and TIMP-2 may occur in diabetic patients with cerebral infarction and they may have very important role in the development and progress of diabetic cerebral infarction.
