慢性鼻窦炎160例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性鼻窦炎的有效治疗方法。方法选取2008年1月至2012年10月收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者160例,分为药物治疗组和综合治疗组。药物治疗组采用常规抗生素治疗,辅以黏液促排剂和类固醇激素等;综合治疗组采用手术治疗和药物治疗。结果药物治疗组总有效率为88.75%,综合治疗组总有效率为95.00%,综合治疗组总有效率显著高于药物治疗组(P<0.05)。结论采用药物同时辅以手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效满意。Objective To explore different therapeutic methods for treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods The clinical data of 160 patients with chronic sinusitis in this hospital during January 2008 to October 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.These 160 cases were divided into drug treatment group and comprehensive treatment group.Results The total effective rates of patients in drug treatment group and comprehensive treatment group were 88.75 % and 95.00 % respectively.The total effective rate in patients of comprehensive treatment group was significantly higher than that of patients in drug treatment group（P 0.05）.Conclusion By using drugs for conservative treatment,at the same time complementary with surgical treatment,the result in treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis is satisfactory.
