创建优质护理示范病区 提高护理质量

摘　　要：优质护理示范病区的创建，对提升医院的护理质量具有重要的意义。为了研究护理示范病区的具体创建方法，医院护理部在医院的全部科室中选择了两个病区，作为了建立优质护理示范病区，并对病房的管理，护士的职业礼仪，病人出院后的随访，其他人性化的服务等等各个环节都提出了高要求。创建优质护理示范病区一段时间之后，对所有护理人员进行三基考核成绩，病区护理质量比较，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05），90％～100％优质护理示范病区医护人员认可优质护理示范工程建设的效果。最后得出了结论：医院积极的创建并实施优质护理示范病区，对于护理人员的专业水平的提升有巨大的帮助，从而带动了护理质量的提高，对创建医院优秀护理服务品牌有重要的意义。To create high-quality nursing care demonstration ward has the vital significance to improving the quahty ot nursmg hospital. In order to study the methods to create nursing demonstration ward, the nursing department selected two wards in all departments in the hospital as the demonstration ward, and put forward higher demand to the nurse＇s occupation etiquette, follow-up visit to patient after discharge, and other humanistic service. After a period of time, the three-basic test of all nursing staff was conducted. Through comparison, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）, and 90%-100% nurses in high quality nursing demonstration ward recognized the effect. Finally the conclusion was drawn： to actively create and implement high quality nursing demonstration ward in the hospital can greatly help to promote the professional level of nursing staff, so that can improve the quality of nursing, so it is important significant to creating the hospital excellent nursing service brand.
