摘　　要：本文通过使用TOWS矩阵分析方法,对"三本"高校的优势和劣势、外部机会和挑战进行了系统的分析,提出了"三本"高校发展的SO、WO、ST、WT战略,并系统论述了"三本"高校快速发展的战略模型,为"三本"高校的发展提供一些有益的建议。This article used the TOWS matrix analysis method to analyze advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and challenges of ＂independent college＂ systematically, and put forward the SO, WO, ST, WT strategy for the development of ＂independent college＂, and systematically discusses the strategic model for its rapid development, to provide some useful suggestions for development of ＂ independent college＂.
