摘　　要：本文简要地介绍了脱离子水的制备原理及脱离子系统的各部分组成情况。重点围绕影响成品水质量的相关因素进行论述,发现了主要问题所在;同时对实践中经验加以总结,获得了一种技术上与经济上双方兼顾的使用办法。可供有关人员参考。This article mainly introduced the manufacture principle of deionized water and the composition of each part of subsystems. It mainly discussed the related factors which affected the finished water quality, and found the main problem, meanwhile summarized the practice experience, and obtained a using method that both sides to technical and economic. It provided a reference for the related personnel.
