栀子化学成分研究(Ⅱ)

摘　　要：目的:研究栀子Gardenia jasminoides Ellis干燥成熟果实的化学成分。方法:采用各种柱色谱方法分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从栀子的果实中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为:jasminoside A(1)、epijasminoside A(2)、6-甲氧基鸡屎藤次苷甲酯(3)、6-甲氧基去乙酰车叶草苷酸甲酯(4)、栀子苷(5)、苯甲醇(6)、4-羟基苯甲醇-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(7)、3,4-二羟基苯甲醇-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(8)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醇-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(9)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醇-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(10)。结论:其中,化合物6～10为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective：To investigate the chemical components of Gardenia jasminoides.Methods：Various column chromatography were used in the isolation and purification,and physiochemical constant determination and spectral analysis were adopted to idenitify the chemical structures.Results：Ten compounds were isolated and identified as jasminoside A（1）,epijasminoside A（2）,6-O-methylscandoside methyl ester（3）,6-O-methyldeacetylasperulosidic acid methyl ester（4）,gardenoside（5）,phenylmethol（6）,4-hydroxy-phenylmethol-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-（1→6）-β-D-glucopyranoside（7）,3,4-dihydroxy-phenylmethol-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-（1→6）-β-D-glucopyranoside（8）,3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-phenylmethol-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-（1→6）-β-D-glucopyranoside（9）,3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-phenylmethol-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（10）.Conclusion：Compounds 6~10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
