摘  要:目的:分析静脉减影3D CE-MRV与2D-TOF MRV成像技术在颅内静脉窦显示中的差异。方法:22例患者在3.0 T超导型磁共振上行颅脑静脉减影3D CE-MRV和2D-TOF MRV,由两名放射科副主任医师评价静脉减影3D CE-MRV对静脉窦解剖结构和病变的显示能力以及与2D-TOF MRV的差异。结果:7例患者2D-TOF MRV和静脉减影3D CE-MRV显示颅内静脉窦的正常解剖形态和信号一致;1例患者静脉减影3DCE-MRV显示颅内静脉窦信号较差,2D-TOF MRV各静脉窦显示良好;14例患者2D-TOF MRV上静脉窦信号高低不均匀、混杂、中断,管腔狭窄,静脉减影3D CE-MRV显示静脉窦信号正常,发现静脉窦变异、静脉窦血栓等。结论:2D-TOF MRV无需注射对比剂,是目前显示颅内静脉的首选方法,选择合适时间窗的静脉减影3D CE-MRV对静脉窦正常解剖结构的显示以及对病变的发现有重要价值,应作为2D-TOF MRV的重要补充。Objective: Analysis of difference between venous subtraction three-dimensional contrast-enhanced ma- gnetic resonance venography(3D CE-MRV) and two-dimensional time-of-flight magnetic resonance venography (2D-TOF MRV) imaging in intracranial venous sinus in the display. Methods: Twenty-two patients in the 3.0 T superconductive magnetic resonance were applied with intracranial venous subtraction 3D CE-MRV and 2D-TOF MRV. Two associate chief physicians of Department of Radiology evaluated the effect to display anatomic structures and lesions of venous sinus by venous reduction 3D CE-MRV, as well as the difference between 2D-TOF MRV. Results: Seven patients were 2D-TOF MRV and intravenous subtraction 3D CE-MRV showed a normal morphology and signal of intracranial venous sinus; One patient with intravenous digital subtraction 3D CE-MRV display of intracranial venous sinus signal was weak, 2D-TOF MRV of the sinus showed good ; Fourteen cases of patients with 2D-TOF MRV venous sinus signal level uneven, hybrid, interrupt, lumen venous stenosis, 3D subtraction CE- MRV showed normal sinus signal, found the venous sinus variation, venous sinus thrombosis. Conclusion: 2D- TOF MRV without injection of contrast agent, is currently the preferred method of intracranial venous, select the appropriate time window intravenous subtraction 3D CE-MRV of venous sinus of the anatomy, and found the lesion has an important value, should be the important supplement of 2D-TOF MRV.
