综合疗法治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察综合疗法治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例慢性肥厚性咽炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组采用克拉霉素、地塞米松、维生素A口服及微波热凝等综合治疗,对照组采用克拉霉素口服、硝酸银烧灼治疗,对比观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率91.67%,对照组总有效率73.33%,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合疗法治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎疗效显著,操作简便,患者易于接受,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the efficacy of treating chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis by comprehensive therapy. Methods： 120 Cases of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group used comprehensive therapy, which included clarithromycin, dexamethasone and vitamin A orally taking, and microwave thermocoagulation; while the control group used treatment of clarithromycin orally taking and silver nitrate cautery, and compared the efficacy of two groups. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.67%, and that in control group was 73.33%, the rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It has great efficacy that treating chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis by comprehensive therapy; furthermore, the treatment is easy to operate, easy to be accepted by patients, and is worth promotion and clinical application.
