益气化瘀法对置带铜宫内节育器家兔子宫内膜形态学的影响

摘　　要：探讨以益气化瘀立法的环血宁汤治疗宫内节育器 (IU D)所致子宫异常出血作用的机理。用消炎痛作对照 ,观察了环血宁汤对置带铜宫内节育器 (CUIUD)家兔子宫内膜形态学的影响。结果 :置 CU IU D模型组家兔子宫内膜上皮缺损明显 ,上皮下及缺损处见大量炎性细胞浸润 ,子宫内膜微血管部分扩张、充血 ;环血宁汤治疗组家兔子宫内膜上皮轻度损伤 ,炎性细胞浸润程度较轻。消炎痛对照组家兔子宫内膜形态学变化与环血宁汤治疗组相似。结论 :环血宁汤对置 CU IU D家兔子宫内膜损伤有一定的修复作用 ,提示对子宫内膜的修复作用可能是环血宁汤治疗置 IU D后子宫异常出血的作用机制之一 ,亦说明益气化瘀法是治疗置 IUObjective:To evaluate the mechanism of Huanxuening decoction based on Yiqihuayu method in IUD put women with metorrhagia.Method:Compared with indomethacin tablet,the effects of Huanxuening decoction on endometrium morphology of CUIUD put rabbits was observed.Results:(1)The epithelium defect of endometrium of the group of CUIUD put rabbits was obvious and mass inflammatory cells invased in lower level of epithelium and region of epithelium defect;Dilatation and hyperemia could be observed in part of endometrium micrangium.(2)The degree of the epithelium defect and inflammatory cells invasion of the treated group of Huanxuening decodion was light;The change of endometrium morphology of the controled group of indomethacin tablet was similar to that of the treated group of Huanxuening decoction.Conclusion:Huanxuening decoction can repair epithelium defect of endometrium of CUIUD put rabbits in some degree,which points out one of the mechanisms of Huanxuening decoction in the treatment of metrorrhagia in IUD put women and Yiqihuayu method is effective to metrorrhagia in IUD put women.
