摘　　要：探讨寻常型银屑病患者血清中IL-21和IL-31的表达水平与银屑病发病的关联。采用双抗体夹心(ELISA)法检测23例寻常型银屑病患者及11例正常人血清中IL-21和IL-31的水平。病例组血清中IL-21和IL-31表达水平高于健康对照组,且进展期组的表达水平高于静止期组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清中IL-21及IL-31表达水平与PASI评分值有正相关关系(P<0.05)。IL-21、IL-31可能参与介导寻常型银屑病的发病,在银屑病的发病及发展过程中均具有重要的作用。This study aims to research the expression of IL-21 and IL-31 in serum of patients with psoriasis vulgaris. The expression of IL-21 and IL-31 was measured by enzyme-linked immunesorbent assay in 23 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 11 normal controls. The expression levels of IL-22 and IL-31 in serum of the patient group was higher than that of normal con trois, and those in the progressive stage group was higher than that of stationary stage group, the differences was significant （P〈0.05）. The levels of IL-22 and IL-31 in the serum correlated positively to PASI score （P〈0.05）. The results suggest that IL-22 and IL-31 may participate in the pathogenesis and maintenance of psoriasis.
