摘 要:针对金属板材圆盘剪精密分切工艺,应用DEFORM-2D仿真软件建立金属板材的圆盘剪分切模型,采用Oyane韧性断裂准则分析304不锈钢板材在圆盘剪分切加工中的弹塑性变形、断裂过程,研究裂纹的产生与扩展、材料断裂分离机理及断面形貌特征。根据板材在分切过程中的静水应力变化,提出用塌角区出现最大拉应力时的切入时间t1、分切区出现拉应力时的切入时间t2及t1之间的时间差t来简便直观地判断分切断面的塌角高度和剪切带高度的变化趋势,t1和t越小,最后形成的塌角和剪切带高度越小。揭示圆盘剪轴向间隙对分切断面形貌的影响规律,随着轴向间隙的增大,塌角高度和撕裂角逐渐增大,剪切带高度逐渐减小,而毛刺高度则先略微减小再急剧增大。有限元仿真结果与实际圆盘剪分切试验结果具有良好的一致性。Aiming at the disc slitting process of sheet metal, a 2D model of the disc slitting process is established and the deformation and fracture process of 304 stainless steel sheet is simulated based on the Oyane ductile fracture criterion by using the DEFORM-2D finite element analysis software. The occurring and propagating of the crack, the material fracture mechanism and the topography features of the slitting surface are studied. Based on the variation of the mean stress of the sheet metal in the disc slitting process, the slitting time t1 when the maximum tensile stress occurs on the rollover, the slitting time t2 when the shearing area appears tensile stress and their difference △t (t2- t1) are proposed to intuitively estimate the change tendency of the heights of the rollover and the shear area. The value of t1 and △t is shorter, then the heights of the rollover and the shear area are smaller. The influence law of the axial clearance between two disc cutters on the slitting surface topography is revealed. With the increase of the axial clearance, the rollover height and the tearing angle increase gradually, and the height of the shear area decreases gradually while the burr height decreases slightly at first and then increases rapidly. The finite element simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
