摘  要:为预测车轮磨耗寿命,使用综合车辆多体系统动力学模型、轮轨非赫兹滚动接触模型和材料摩擦磨损模型的车轮磨耗计算模型,分析计算车辆不同运行里程情况下车轮型面的磨耗分布情况,并研究车轮磨耗对车辆横向运动稳定性的影响,然后据此提出预测车轮型面磨耗寿命的判断条件。研究结果表明,车轮的磨耗体积和车轮名义滚动圆处的磨耗深度随车辆的运行里程基本呈线性增长,且第1位轮对车轮的磨耗体积和磨耗深度大于第2位轮对。随着车轮磨耗的增加,车辆的临界速度逐渐减小,当车辆运行里程达到30×104km后,车辆的临界速度迅速下降,运行里程超过33×104km后,计算得到的车辆临界速度将低于车辆运营允许的临界速度。为保证车辆的安全运营,在车辆运行达到一定里程后需要对车轮进行镟修。In order to predict the wheel wear life, the wheel wear model, including multi-body system dynamic model of vehicle, the non-Hertzian rolling contact theory of wheel and rail and wheel material wear model is used. The wheel wear model is used to predict the wheel profile wear with different vehicle operating mileages. The influence of the wheel profile wear on the lateral motion stability of vehicle is also investigated, subsequently, the estimation condition of the wheel profile wear life is proposed based on the lateral motion stability of railway vehicle. The results show that, the wear volume and depth of the wheel at its nominal rolling radius almost linearly increase with the operating mileage cumulate, and the wear volume and depth of the wheel of first wheelset are larger than the second one. The critical speed of the vehicle operation has a trend of reducing with the wheel profile wear increase. When the vehicle operating mileage exceeds 30×10^4 km the critical speed decreases rapidly as a result of wheel profile wear. The calculated critical speed is lower than the average value of the vehicle operation speed, after the operating mileage exceeds 33×10^4 kin. Wheel re-profiling is necessary when the operating mileage of the vehicle exceeds a certain value to ensure the safety operating.
