摘 要:目的知识管理具有将复杂问题系统化的特点,文中通过调查医院知识管理状况,为尽快系统实施医院知识管理提供依据。方法自行设计医院知识管理实施状况调查问卷,对138名不同等级医院管理人员进行调查。结果63.8%的医院尚未实施最基本的知识管理;具体实施状况参差不齐。尚未系统实施知识管理的医院中,46.0%的医院没有类似计划;打算或不打算游说医院管理层尽快实施知识管理的员工几乎各占一半(分别为48.4%和51.6%);尚未开展过知识管理或学习型组织的培训的比例高达49.8%;医院人员获取知识的主要途径为互联网(81.5%)。结论中国医院知识管理实施状况处于低水平状况,医院管理者应更新观念,提高全体员工对知识管理重要性的认识,加快医院知识管理进程。Objective Knowledge management is characterized by systematization of complex problems. The authors investigated the present state of knowledge management in the hospital in order to provide a basis for its implementation. Methods We performed an investigation among 138 management personnel from hospitals of different grades using a self-designed questionnaire about the implementation of knowledge management in the hospital. Results Of the hospitals investigated, 63.8% had not implemented the very basic knowledge management, among which, 46.0% even had no plans for its implementation. The hospital employees who intend and those who do not intend to persuade the administrators to implement knowledge management accounted for 48.4% and 51. 6%, respectively. The hospitals that had never organized any training in knowledge management or learning institutions made up 49.8%. And 81.5% of the hospital staffs obtained knowledge mainly through the Internet. Conclusion The implementation of knowledge management is at a low level in Chinese hospitals. Hospital administrators should change their management ideas, deepen the staff's understanding of knowledge management, and speed up the process of its implementation in hospitals.
