摘　　要：我国海岛众多、资源丰富,海岛旅游开发潜力巨大。基于SWOT分析法对西沙群岛旅游开发进行了定性和定量相结合的分析,综合内外部因素并根据西沙群岛实际情况,提出旅游发展增长型战略及对策。China had many islands, rich resources, and island tourism development had great potential. Based on the SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzed the Xisha Islands tourism development with the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. In accordance with the Xisha Islands actual condition, this paper proposed the tourism development grouth strategy and countermeasures.
