摘 要:针对当前产品设计知识重用率低、重用难等问题,构建了基于博弈论的产品设计知识重用过程冲突消解模型,深入研究了产品设计知识重用过程存在的本体冲突、条件冲突、目标冲突三种冲突,结合设计知识重用过程的特点,运用反求工程的原理对产品设计知识重用过程冲突进行识别,并且在识别的基础上结合博弈论的思想提出了三种过程冲突消解方法,建立了以获得满意度最大的产品设计知识重用过程冲突消解模型,并以联轴器设计为实例验证了该模型的有效性和实用性,为企业提高产品设计效率提供了有效途径。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and great difficulty in knowledge reuse for product design, this research, based on the Game Theory, constructs a conflict resolution model of knowledge reuse process for product design, and study deeply three conflicts in knowledge reuse process for product design, i.e., ontology conflict, condition conflict and goal conflict. Meanwhile, the study applies the principles of Reverse Engineering to identify conflicts in knowledge reuse process for product design, through integrating the features of knowledge reuse for product design. On basis of identifying conflicts, this research proposes three methods of process conflict resolution by means of combining with the ideas of Game Theory. Then, this research constructs a conflict resolution model of knowledge reuse process for product design, for the purpose of the strategy to get maximum satisfaction. The effectiveness and practicality of this model were tested and verified by using a real case study about the Couplings design, in which provide an effective way for enterprises to improve the efficiency of product design.
