口腔修复膜植入预防甲状腺术后颈部粘连的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价口腔修复膜植入对甲状腺术后颈部粘连的预防作用。方法对2010年2月至2012年12月期间采用甲状腺术后植入口腔修复膜(试验组,n=50)和单纯甲状腺术(对照组,n=50)治疗的100例甲状腺疾病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、疼痛持续时间、住院时间、切口疼痛、切口感染、局部血肿比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但试验组患者治疗效果显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05),试验组的牵扯不适感和手术区皮肤凹陷皱缩的发生率显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔修复膜能有效预防甲状腺术后颈部粘连。Objective To evaluate the effect of prosthodontics membrane in the prevention of neck adhesion after thyroid surgery. Methods The clinical data of patients with thyroid disease undergoing insertion of prosthodontics membrane after thyroid surgery （the study group, n=50） or simple thyroid surgery （the control group, n=50） in our hospital from February 2010 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in operation time, peri-operative bleeding, pain time, length of hospital stay, incision pain, incision infection, and local hematoma between the two groups （P0.05）. However, the curative effect, discomfort, and the skin sag shrinkage of the operation area in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion The prosthodontics membrane can prevent neck adhesion after thyroid surgery effectively.
