摘　　要：中国是一个农业大国,农村妇女约占农村人口的一半,是农村社会发展的主体之一。在建设社会主义新农村、促进农村基层民主建设时,不能忽视农村妇女的作用。反思当前农村妇女政治参与的现状及制约因素,应从发展经济、提供保障,强化宣传、优化环境,源头参与、政策保证,多措并举、提升素质,妇联组织、积极作为等方面推动农村妇女政治参与,促进农村基层民主建设。China is a large agricultural country, rural women accounted for about half the rural population, rural so- cial development is one of the main. In the construction of new socialist countryside, promoting the construction of rural grassroots democracy can not ignore the role of rural women. Reflections on current rural women political par- ticipation present situation and restriction factor, from economic development, to provide security, strengthening propaganda, optimize the environment, fountainhead is participated in, policy guarantee, enhancing quality, women＇ s organizations, as a positive aspects to promote rural women＇ s political participation, promote the con- struction of rural grassroots democracy.
