摘　　要：人的一生,做人、做事两件事。时代不同,人和事的内涵不同,所需要的能力也不同。但有些是亘古不变的、人类可持续发展所必须的基本能力。职业发展与家庭建设,在女性面前,是事关幸福的两件分不开的事,需要我们面对和破解亘古不变与变通、永续发展与现实带给我们的困扰和纠结。一份来自陕西的报告,从4个方面展示了女性在繁衍生命、创造和谐、赢得认同、引领发展上的需要和能力。Vocational development and family construction are things that can not be apart from women＇ s happi- ness.
