混合血清法检测献血员血清抗弓形虫抗体

摘  要:将徐州市区义务献血员血清 6人一组混合 ,用斑点免疫金银染色法 ( Dot- IGSS)进行检测 ,同时对所有血清用同样方法逐份进行检测 ,以研究混合血清法筛检抗弓形虫抗体的可能性。检测结果显示 ,混合血清法的敏感性为 92 .31% ,特异性为 99.96 % ,混合血清法与逐份血清法的一致率为 99.73% ,Kappa值为 0 .947( P<0 .0 1)。以全国弓形虫平均感染率( 4.86 % )进行定量效益分析 ,用混合血清法筛检献血员 ,每百人可减少检测次数 5 7次 。To prevent blood transfusion toxoplasmosis, the sera of blood donors, per six of which were mixed as a group, were detected by dotimmunogolddilver staining (DotIGSS) and every single serum specimen was detected simultaneously. The results showed that the sensitivity and specificity of mixed serum method were 92.31% and 99.96% respectively. The consistent rate between the two methods was 99.73% and Kappa value was 0.947(P<0.01). According to mean infective rate (4.86%) of Toxoplasma gondii in China, the quantitative analysis of profit indicated that only 43 times be deteted per one hundred sera specimens if when serum pooling method was carried out, while 100 times must be detected per one hundred serum specimens if single serum method was used.
