摘 要:通过分析金属丝电爆炸过程,得到金属丝电爆炸分为定相加热和相变加热,金属丝电爆炸所需的电流线密度与作用时间成反比,电流暂停时间与爆炸丝长度成正比;对电爆炸丝的爆炸过程进行LTspice电路仿真,构建试验系统,在15kV、1kA条件下对0.05毫米直径的康铜丝进行电爆炸试验,同步采集电压电流波形,并进行功率特性与阻抗特性的分析。分析结果表明:金属丝电爆炸分为相变、暂停、等离子放电这三个阶段,爆炸丝产生的峰值电流与爆炸丝的长度成反比。The exlposive eletrical characteristics of eletric exploding copper wire is dis- cussed. Through the analysis of metal wire electrical explosion process, we understand that the wire eletrical explosion is divided into fixed additive heat and phase change heat, the lines of current density for the wire eletrical explosion is inversely proportional to time, the current pause time is proportional to the length of the wire. In this theory, the LTspice circuit simulaiton of wire eletrical explosion is completed. Based on the simulation data, construc- ting test system, in 15kV, lkA conditions, we do the electrical explosion test to the 0.05ram diameter constantan wire. Synchronously acquire the voltage current waveform, and the pow- er characteristics and impedance characteristics are analyzed. The test results show that: wire electrical explosion is divided into phase transition, pause, plasma discharge this three sta- ges ,the peak current generated by the explosion wire is inversely proportional to length of the explosion wire.
