海马三肾丸补肾壮阳作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察海马三肾丸的补肾壮阳作用,为临床用药提供科学依据。方法:通过对去势雄性大鼠各附性器官重量、雄性大鼠交配能力、阳虚症小鼠抗寒抗疲劳影响的实验研究,观察药物的补肾壮阳作用。结果:药效学实验结果表明海马三肾丸能明显增加阳虚症雄性小鼠耐寒、抗疲劳能力,对去势雄性大鼠各附性器官有明显增重作用,对正常雄性大鼠扑捉、射精潜伏期有明显缩短作用。结论:海马三肾丸具有补肾壮阳作用,为临床用药提供科学依据。Objective：To study and observe the protective effect of Haimasanshen pills on spermatogenic action andtonifying the kidney and Yang.Methods： We measured the weights of Accessory Sex Organs in castrated male rats, abserved the anti-fatigue and cold tolerance effect of yang-deficiency mice and the experimentations of copulation and penis erection in normal male rats were used to test the effect of tonifying the kidney and Yang of Haimasanshen pills.Results： Haimasanshen pills could obviously shorten the latent period of chasing and sper- matism,increase the times of chasing and spermatism, decrease the latent period of penis erection, and extend the duration of erection. Conclusions： Haimasanshen pills has protective effect on tonifying the kidney Yang and sper-macogenic action.
