摘  要:金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphyloccocus aureus,S.aureus)感染已经成为世界难题,其耐药性的迅速出现及传播更加剧了它的危害。S.aureus疫苗研究中,一些表面蛋白具有较好的免疫原性,可作为疫苗候选物。IsdB是一种表面蛋白,具有较好的免疫原性,其抗原表位的确定对于以此蛋白为基础的单一蛋白疫苗或融合蛋白疫苗的研究和制备有很大意义。本论文以IsdB的单克隆抗体3B6株McAb为配基,从噬菌体随机七肽库中筛选抗体识别的模拟肽。经测序及序列比对分析,发现IsdB的抗原表位为空间构象,集中在NEAT结构域前端。本研究对于IsdB疫苗的研究具有一定的参考价值。Staphylococcus aureus, Staphyloccocus (S.a ureus) infection has become the world's problem, its resistance and spread rapidly growing its harm. Ureus vaccine research, S.a some surface protein has good immunogenicity, and can be used as a vaccine can-didate. IsdB is a kind of surface proteins, and has good immunogenicity, and its antigen epitope-based determined on the basis of this protein for a single protein vaccines or fusion protein accine has great significance to research and preparation. This paper IsdB mono- clonal antibodies to 3B6 McAb strains for ligands, from random peptide library phage antibody screening in seven simulation of recogni-tion. The sequencing and sequence alignment analysis, found IsdB antigens epitope-based for space conformation, concentrated in cur-riculum-based front-end. Field structure, This research for IsdB vaccine research has certain reference value.
