摘 要:苦参是一种具有广泛药理活性和应用价值的传统中药,主要含有喹诺里西啶类生物碱、异戊烯基类黄酮和齐墩果烯型三萜等成分,其中含量最高、药理活性和药用价值较突出的成分是苦参碱和氧化苦参碱。提取、分离苦参中的生物碱,并对其进行深入的工艺、药理、药效和生物利用度等方面的系统研究均具有重要的意义。本文对近年来苦参生物碱提取纯化工艺进行了综述和评价,为更好地开发和利用苦参生物碱提供依据,并对其发展前景进行了展望。Sophora flavescens Ait. is the traditional Chinese medicine of wide pharmacological activities andd application value, It mainly contains Gordon quinolone west organism alkaloids, isoamyl alkenyl flavonoids and olea olefinic type triterpenoid, etc. Among them the highest content, pharmacological activity and medicinal value more prominent components are matrine and oxymatrine,extracting and separating alkaloids from Sophora fIaveseens, and carries out in depth systematic studies on its teehnoIogy, pharmacoiogy, drug effect and bioiogical utilization. In this paper the extraction and purification process of alkaloidal from sophraflavseens Air .were presented in recent years, and gives the corresponding evaluation, in order to the better development and use of Sophocarpidine provide reference. Fi-nally, development prospect in future were analyzed.
