摘 要:为了研究倾角对复合中空热管传热性能的影响,建立了复合中空热管传热性能实验装置,对相同充液比(33%)不同倾角(分别为60°、75°、90°)和不同工质(分别为纯水和无水乙醇)复合中空热管的传热性能进行了实验研究。研究结果表明:对于充液比为33%,工质为纯水和无水乙醇的复合中空热管,倾角为90°时传热性能最佳。实验研究为复合中空热管换热器的工业应用提供基础。In order to study the influence of angle on heat transfer performance of compound hollow heat pipe( CHHP), the experimental setup of heat transfer performance for compound hollow heat pipe was set up. The experimental investigation of heat transfer performance for CHHP with 33% filling liquid rate were carried out when the angle is 60° ,75°, 90°with working fluid as pure water and ethanol respective- ly. The results show that heat transfer performance of 90° is the best when filling liquid rate is 33% and working fluid is pure water and ethanol. Experimental research of composite hollow heat pipe heat ex-changer provides the foundation for the industrial application.
