欠发达地区人力资本投资主要影响因素的辨识与分析

摘　　要：构建了欠发达地区人力资本投资影响因素指标体系,提出了基于模糊DEMATEL(决策试验与评价实验室)方法的欠发达地区人力资本投资影响因素分析模型。最后,通过模型对识别出的影响因素进行综合影响度、被影响度、中心度以及原因度分析,指出国民经济发展水平是诸多因素中影响欠发达地区人力资本投资最为重要的核心因素。This paper analyzes the factors of human capital investments in undeveloped areas has not been discovered. In order to solve the above mentioned problems, the index system of factors on the human capital investment in undeveloped areas is first constructed. Then, the corresponding analysis model is suggested based on the Fuzzy DEMATEL （Decision Making Trim Evaluation Laboratory） method. Finally, the total degrees of given and received influence, the degree of cause and the importance grade are analyzed. Furthermore, it draws the conclusion that the national economic development level is the most importance factor among recognized influence factors.
