摘　　要：开放存取资源集成服务平台是促进开放存取资源利用的有效方法。分析了目前开放存取资源集成服务平台的现状,针对我国开放存取资源集成服务平台存在的问题,提出建立可持续发展的开放存取资源集成服务平台的必要性。讨论了统一平台的重要意义,并根据统一平台的框架结构,分析了统一平台建设中需要注意的重点问题。Integrated services platform to open access resource is an effective method to promote the utilization of open ac-cess resource. This paper analyzed the present situation of the integrated service platform and proposed the necessity to establish sustainable integrated service platform according to the problems in the platforms of our country. The significance of the unified platform and the key issues during its construction were discussed.
