摘　　要：调研常州某工业集中区36家小企业情况,总结和分析了小企业知识创新的现状和特点,基于此构建了针对小企业的知识创新模型,将其在企业知识创新实践中应用,评价运行效果。The model of knowledge innovation for small enterprises was constructed based on the investigation of 36 small industrial enterprises in Changzhou. The model was applied in Wujin Southern innovation practice, with evaluating the application effect.
