摘  要:隔爆型电气设备的隔爆外壳应能承受内部爆炸压力不损坏,其隔爆接合面应能阻止内部火焰传递到外部环境。隔爆接合面的参数包括宽度、距离和间隙,其确定取决于隔爆接合面的结构型式、隔爆外壳的内部容积及设备类别三个因素。当设备内部发生爆炸时,连接接合面的紧固螺栓承受一定的爆炸压力,应不产生塑性变形,同时其紧固间距应能防止接合面承受压力时产生过大的瞬间变形。The flame-proof enclosure of the the flame-proof electrical appuratus should bear internal explosion pressure, which is not damaged. Its flameproof joints should prevent internal flame from passing external space. The parameters of the flameproof points include width, distance and gap. Their determination depends on three factors of the structure type of the flameproof joint, the internal content of the flameproof enclosure and equipment classification. When explosin oc- curs in the equipment, the drawbohs eonnecting the tic deformation. Meanwhile, their fastening distance joints bear certain explosive pressure which should not produce plas- should prevent transient distortion from the joint bearing pressure.
