摘　　要：论述了GW5A系列隔离开关运行中存在的问题,主要是各转动部位的锈蚀问题,轴承部位的锈蚀问题,导流系统的触头烧损问题等,并提出了具体的改造方案,对接线座内固定板、轴承座、传动拉杆接头、导电回路进行改进,更换润滑脂,及对产品经过完善化改造后的效果十分理想,缺陷数量大幅度下降进行了评价。The paper expounds some problems about series GW5A isolator that exists in operation. The main problems are corrosion in the moved parts and bearing position, the contactor burning of the flow sysem. The paper puts forward a specific improved plan, the fixed plate in the terminal plate, beating block, driverod joint and conductiong loop have been improved. The result is very ideal.
