摘　　要：目的:从工作需求出发,研制一种能够控制压力蒸汽灭菌器加温状态的控制装置。方法:装置基于STC89C52RC单片机控制单元、集成继电器、显示模块,实现控制状态的实时显示及电路控制。结果:装置安装方便、功耗低,控制精度满足要求,且操作简单,适于配合灭菌器使用。结论:装置的应用改变了灭菌器的工作模式,特别是提高了灭菌器的工作稳定性和可靠性。Objective To develop a kind of pressure steam sterilizer controller operated by user in order to control the state of the heating, Methods The device was designed with relay and nixie tube on MCU STC89C52RC, which could display and control the heating state at real time. Results The device with low consumption and fit precision was portable and convenient for application in pressure steam sterilizer. Conclusion The device charges the work mode of the pressure steam sterilizer, and especially increases the working stability and reliability of sterilizer.
