摘　　要：目的:设计一种全自动高精度化学发光(免疫)测定仪。方法:采取开放式设计,运用化学发光光子测定技术,设计出可以与市场上主流的96微孔板式结构配套使用,并对各种病症进行定量分析的血清检验仪器。结果:经过临床测试,全自动高精度化学发光(免疫)测定仪能够利用受检者血清进行人体免疫分析。结论:该测定仪灵敏度高、特异性强、检测快速、无放射性危害,值得推广。Objective To design a fully automatic high-precision chemiluminescence immune detector.Methods The open design and chemiluminescence photon detection technology were used to made the detector compatible with the existing 96 microwell plate-type structure in order to perform quantitative serum analysis.Results Clinical trial proved that the detector could carry out human serum immune assay. Conclusion The fully automatic high-precision chemiluminescence immune detector, being highly sensitive, specific, rapid and with no radiological hazard, is worth popularizing.
