摘  要:目的:研制一种能保证黏接效果且达到最佳局部抗感染性能的新型抗菌医用黏合剂。方法:配制不同浓度的三氯生/α-氰基丙烯酸酯(CA)复合黏合剂,并测试其拉伸剪切强度(TSS)及体外抑菌性能。结果:随着三氯生的加入,复合黏合剂的TSS先是升高,1%浓度的TSS达到最大,之后复合黏合剂的TSS开始逐渐下降。其中,6%、7%、8%浓度的复合黏合剂的TSS比纯CA的TSS更小(P<0.05),而4%、5%浓度的复合黏合剂的TSS与纯CA的TSS差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。5%浓度的复合黏合剂对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌性能在1%~5%浓度的复合黏合剂中均为最佳(P<0.05,vs纯CA);5%浓度的复合黏合剂对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的持续抑菌性能也均为最佳(P<0.05,第30天vs纯CA)。结论:5%浓度的三氯生/α-氰基丙烯酸酯黏合剂能在保证足够黏接强度的同时,达到对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌最佳的体外抑菌效果。Objective To develop a new antibacterial medical adhesive which has local anti-infective effect.Methods Triclosan/ cyanoacrylate (CA) adhesives with different concentrations were prepared, and their TSSs and baeteriostases in vitro were tested.Results The TSS of the composite adhesive rose increasingly with the adding of CA, and went to the peak with CA's concentration of 1%, then descended gradually. The TSSs of the composite adhesives with CA's concentration of 6%, 7% and 8% were significantly lower than that of the absolute CA, with P〈0.05. There were no statistical differences between the TSSs of the composite adhesives with CA's concentration of 4% and 5% and that of the absolute CA, with P〉0.05. The composite adhesives with CA's concentration of 5% had the best baeteriostasis against staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in those with 1% to 5% of CA, which also behaved the best for the continuous bacteriostasis, with P〈0.05.Conclusion The adhesive with 5% CA ensures the adhesive strength and has the best bacteriostasis against staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in vitro.
