摘　　要：目的:将患者在病房内产生的各种医疗信息进行实时反馈,以实现护理工作的量化管理。方法:使用无线网络和移动终端个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA),以医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)为支持平台,将信息查询、采集、整理、报告等工作延伸到病床。结果:通过移动护理技术的应用,医院科室既可以满足临床用户对于信息的需求,缩短临床决策响应时间,提高工作效率,同时也便于管理部门对医疗流程的监控,加强对于患者医疗安全的管理。结论:移动护理系统成为固定医护工作站的补充与延伸,使护理工作信息化得到全面实现,借助信息化手段,将护理工作纳入了一个闭环管理的模式。Objective To evaluate the usability and efficiency of mobile nursing information system（MNIS）, which could provide nursing staffs with patients＇ real-time and accurate information, for the quantitative measurements and improvement of nursing performance. Methods Using the mobile Nursing Information System（MNIS）, which combined the wireless network with a personal digital assistant（PDA）and automatically communicated with the hospital information system（HIS）, the nurses performed all the routine tasks or services at bedside including data collection, examination, analysis and reporting.Conclusion Mobile Nursing Information System（MNIS）, a system intends to meet the information requirements of health care providers, facilitates the decision-making process and helps to improve the healthcare effectiveness and efficiency. Moreover, it may also help the administrators conduct surveillance on the implementation of specific and predefined workflows, resulting in the improvement of patient safety.
