摘　　要：针对军区卫生装备检修机构零配件管理工作的特点,结合实际工作经验,总结了零配件库房的储存条件及安全要求,梳理了验收入库、堆垛码放、维护保养、出库、补充等业务工作的管理经验,最后对如何提高零配件管理水平提出了几点对策建议。The features of spare parts management in military medical equipment service center are analyzed, and the methods of management based on practice are summarized, such as incoming check, stacking, maintenance and shipment. Finally some countermeasures are put forward to promote the spare parts management.
