芩夏止哮颗粒对正常小鼠免疫功能影响的研究

摘　　要：通过整体实验观察芩夏止哮颗粒对正常小鼠脾T、B淋巴细胞增殖反应 ,IL 1和IL 2诱生水平 ,腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和迟发型超敏反应 (DTH)的调节作用。结果表明 :芩夏止哮颗粒 8g/Kg、16g/Kg能明显抑制T、B淋巴细胞增殖反应 ,腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能 ,IL 1、IL 2的诱生水平显著低于正常对照组 ,对DNFB所致小鼠耳迟发型超敏反应亦具有明显抑制作用 ,与地塞米松组接近。提示 :芩夏止哮颗粒具有免疫抑制作用 。The object is to study the effects on the T or B lymphocyte proliferation, production of IL 1 and IL 2, the phagocytic ability of the peritoneal MΦ and DTH. The results showed QinXiaZhiXiao granule at doses of 8g/Kg and 16g/Kg could inhibit the T or B lymphocyte proliferation and reduce the production of IL 1 and IL 2; compared with the control group, the phagocytic ability of the peritoneal MΦ was markedly decreased, and DTH were obviously inhibited. The results suggest that QinXiaZhiXiao granule could inhibit immunological function, which is related with its action on anti asthma inflammation.
