通腑汤保留灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎45例

摘　　要：采用非手术疗法治疗急性胰腺炎 ,其中运用中西医结合疗法 ,以中药汤剂通腑汤为主灌肠 ;并配合对症治疗 ,支持疗法治疗 4 5例 ,取得较好疗效。结果表明 ,中药治疗组在血尿淀粉酶、肠鸣音恢复时间 ,肠道排气时间开始排便时间及排便次数等指标改善均优于对照组 ,通腑汤由生大黄、芒硝、丹参。Non operative treatment was taken in 45 cases of the acute panceratitis, which mainly depended on the enema with Chinese medicine decoction, TongFuTang, and was accompanied by the supporting treatment. The results showed that in the treatment group with Chinese medicine, all the indexes, including amylase in blood and urine, recovery of the gurgling sound and intestinal gas exhaust, starting time of defecation and the times of defecation, had a greater improvement than in the control group. TongFuTang is composed of raw Dahuang, Mangxiao, Danshen, Zhishi , et al.
