四草二根汤治疗小儿急性肾炎临床观察

摘　　要：以中药汤剂四草二根汤 (由车前草、益母草、白花蛇舌草、仙鹤草、白茅根、芦根等组成 )配合西医抗感染对症治疗为治疗组 ,以纯西药为对照组治疗小儿急性肾炎。结果表明 ,治疗组总有效率为97 0 6 % ,对照组总有效率为 93 0 5%。且治疗组在缩短疗程。The Chinese medicine decoction SiCaoErGenTang is mainly composed by Cheqiancao, Yimucao, Baihuasheshecao, Xianhecao, Baimaogen and Lugen . The treatment group was taken with the decoction and anti infectious western medicine, the control group was taken with pure western medicine. Results showed that, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.06%, while that of the control group was 93.05%. And the effects of shortening course of treatment and reducing recurrence rate in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.
