摘　　要：对机关办公建筑过渡季节和夏季实时上传的能耗数据进行周能耗分析。通过在大楼内部各支路安装的能耗计量表,对照明插座用电、空调用电、动力用电和特殊用电进行了监测上传,通过各分项能耗数据进行统计分析,得出了各分项周能耗变化规律,对办公建筑用能中存在的问题提出了节能建议。Through the real-time uploaded energy consumption data, analyzed the weekly energy consumption of government office building of Nanjing in transitional seasons and summer. The data of the lighting socket electricity, air conditioning electricity, power electricity and special electricity were monitoring upload by the building internal installation of each branch energy meter. Statistical analysis on the energy consumption data,concluded the change rule of weekly energy consumption,found some problems of culture education building, put forward some energy saving suggestions.
