医用引流管外接防返流装置的临床应用研究

摘　　要：引流术是临床工作中的基本治疗措施之一 ,广泛应用于内、外、妇、儿各临床科室 ,为挽救患者生命及解除病人病痛起了很重要的作用。目前临床上常用的各种引流管 ,大多无防返流装置 ,使用时容易造成引流液返流 ,引起逆行感染。我们研制的一次性防返流装置 ,可与各种引流管配套使用 ,有效的防止引流液返流 ,避免逆行感染 ,使引流管的使用更安全可靠 ,经临床 2 0 0例试用 ,效果良好。Drainage,as one of the basic clinical treatments widely used in internal medicine,surgery,gynaecology and pediatics,plays an important role in saving the lives and alleviating the sufferings of the patients. However,most of the darinage tubes now commonly used in practice do not have any anti-bacdflow devices,which readily results in the backflow of the drained fluids and hence retvograde infection.Therefore,we have invented this one-time anti-backflow device which can work perfectly with varieties of drainage tubes and effectively prevent the backflow of the drained fluids and retvograde infection,thus making the use of drainage tubes more secure and dependable.The 200 clinical trial applications have yeilded satisfactory results. Now the device has already obtained national patent.
