摘　　要：施工索赔是工程施工合同管理的重要内容,是施工企业获取工期和费用补偿的重要手段。本文通过工程实例分析了影响索赔成果的关键性问题,对施工企业深化索赔管理具有一定的借鉴和指导作用。The construction claim is an important content of construction contract management, and it is an important mean for construction enterprises to obtain time and cost compensation. This article analyzes the key problems affecting the claim results through the project example. And it has certain reference and guidance for the construction enterprises to deepen the claim management.
