卡介菌多糖核酸联合射频治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨卡介菌多糖核酸联合射频治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的临床效果。方法将124例AR患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组62例。对照组给予卡介菌多糖核酸0.35 mg,肌内注射,隔日1次,3个月为1个疗程;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,行SHP-Ⅱ型射频1次治疗。对2组治疗3个月及6个月后的疗效进行比较。结果观察组治疗3个月及6个月后的总有效率分别为93.5%及89.7%,对照组治疗3个月及6个月后的总有效率分别为69.4%及62.7%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论卡介菌多糖核酸联合射频治疗对AR患者改善短期症状及控制远期复发均具有显著的效果。Objective To observe the effects of BCG PSN combined with radiofrequency （RF） treatment on allergic rhinitis. Methods A total of 124 patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into two groups, with 62 patients in each group. Patients in control group were treated with intramuscular injection of 0.35 mg BCG PSN every other day. Patients in observation group were given BCG PSN combined with RF treatment （SI-I,P-11 ）. The curative effects were compared between the two group 3 and 6 months after treatment. Results Compared with control group, the total effective rate significantly increased in observation group 3 months after treatment（93.5% vs 69.4%, P〈0.05）, as well as 6 months after treatment （89.7% vs 62.7%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion BCG PSN combined with RF can effectively improve short-term symptoms and control long-term recurrence.
