摘　　要：一座城市的城市竞争力是该城市经营战略的核心。在强化城市竞争力的时代,需要抓住城市特色。"陆路东盟崇左看",提出崇左经营特色,即打造国际陆路物流枢纽城。介绍了城市经营与城市竞争力的基本理念,分析了崇左物流现状,给出了基于物流竞争力的崇左城市经营战略。The competence of a city is the core of the man- agement strategs of the city. In times to strengthen the com- petence of a city, we need to seize the city＇s character. To see the land ASEAN by Chongzuo, we need proposed the characteristics, which is, to create an international land logis- tics hub city. Firstly, we introduces the basic concepts of city management and city competitiveness. Secondly, we analysis the logistics status quo of Chongzuo. Lastly, we give the strat- egy of Chongzuo based on the competitiveness of the logistics business.
