摘　　要：简述1 kW类汽油发电机组采用的润滑油油位传感器结构和工作过程,针对其性能检测缺少配套工装设备的实际,通过分析研究其工作原理,设计制作了低油位传感器检测设备,以满足1 kW类电站大修工作需要。The paper introduces briefly the structure and working process of oil level sensr used in 1 kW gasoline generator set. Aiming at the lack of matched tooling in perfornnance inspection, the paper analyzes and researches its working principle, designs and makes low-level sensor inspecting equipment to meet the demand of I kW generating plant in overhaul.
