摘 要:随着消费者对商品的个性化要求越来越高,电子商务呈现一些新的模式,其中最具代表性的是C2B模式;文章从消费者需求的角度论述了消费者在需求一致性和差异性两种条件下的C2B模式运行机理和特征,并提出了不同条件下的C2B电子商务模型,为电子商务商家商务模式的创新提供了参考。The consumers have increasing demands towards the personalization of the commodities they buy. With this trend, some new forms of e-commerce have emerged, of which the C2B mode is definitely an exemplary one. In this paper, we analyze the operation mechanism and characteristics of the C2B mode from the perspective of consumers demand, and then propose two different C2B models which are determined by the similarities of the consumers" demand. This paper provides reference basis for innovative business modes in e-commerce enterprises
