摘  要:对双排扣件式钢管脚手架节点半刚性进行理论分析与模拟研究,使用有限元分析软件MIDAS/Gen作为建模基础,采用建模与计算相结合的方法模拟脚手架整架的极限承载力,再使用MATLAB软件对不同扭转刚度下的极限承载力进行数值拟合得到能适用于结构有限元软件计算的函数模型,从而验算了整架的稳定性。Theoretical analysis and simulation studies were presented in this paper on the semi-rigid characteristics of the connection of tube-couple scaffolds, and MIDAS/Gen was employed to do the FEM works, was used a combination of modeling and calculation method of simulation the ultimate load-carrying capacity of integral stability of tube-and scaffolds. Furthermore, MATLAB was used simulate the different ultimate load-carrying capacity under the different torsional stiffness, and a function model that suitable for calculation on the structure FEM analysis software was carried out. So,the integral stability performance of the tube-and-couple scaffolds was ensured.
